Information about your Custom Plush Doll Order

You will be involved in the approval process. A prototype is included with your order. Once we have made the prototype you will be sent images for approval once that is approved you will get that as a sample. Your terms are 50% upon the start of the project 25% once the prototype is approved and 25% upon your approval of the sculpt. Due to the manner hours of labor required to create your custom plush your down payment is not refundable for any reason. If you are paying by credit card the Charge on your card will appear as Vicale Corporation. Your custom Plushes will be shipped by FedEx only, we use all of FedEx service including ground to save on shipping costs.
