The video below is a complete in depth look at How to Make a Bobble Head. If you have the time to watch the video it is very interesting. The how to video starts with sculpting your bobble head, then onto the mold making process. Once the molds are made of the body and the head, resin is poured into the molds. After the resin hardens the newly cast parts are removed from the molds cleaned and hand painted. The parts typically have to be painted 2 times in order to get good color coverage. After the parts dry fully they are hand assembled and  then its off to assembly and boom your personalized bobble head is finished.
