Send an email to sales@herobuilders.com and include the following custom action figure information. After we receive your email we will send you a price an on-line order link.

1. Custom Action Figures are 375.00 for the first one and 39.95 for copies
2. Talking Custom Action Figures are 395.00 and 59.95 for talking copies. The talking action figures come with a 20 second re-recordable sound chip. You can record anything you want to the chip.
3. Let us know the type of action figure would you need male/female, black/white.
4. What is your ideal delivery date?
5. How many do you need?
6. Please include the front face and side view image.
7. Do you need a logos on the outfits? If so include that image.
8. Yes, we can make any outfit so just either detail that outfit or send us images.
9. If you would like a custom action figure accessory, either send an image or a brief description is fine.
10. Herobuilders artists can hand paint your tattoos, just list how many tattoos you will need, tattoos typically cost 75.00 each for a standard tattoo and arm sleeves are 175.00
11. Delivery Timing: Our custom action figures typically take 2 weeks, adding a custom outfit will add about 1 week. Also adding others custom items like accessories tattoos etc can extend that time. You will get an estimated time of delivery with your quote.

The cost is lower because we order the outfits that come with the Level 2 custom action figure in bulk and passed the savings on to you.

HOW TO MAKE A CUSTOM ACTION FIGURE

Normal Shipping Timeline

1. The Level 1 and Level 2 custom action figures will ship in 2 weeks from the date of your order.
2. “Extreme” custom action figures can take as long as 4 weeks.

Custom Outfit Making Process

1. If you are ordering the Extreme Custom Action Figures and are getting a custom outfit we do not offer approvals of custom outfits so your outfit will be on par with the outfits shown in our sample images
2. All things considered some of the smaller details on a custom outfit will be left out because it is impossible to copy all the details due to the small size of the custom action figure outfits.

The Head and Face Sculpting Process

1. Once you place your order one of our master sculptures gets to work on making your head sculpture in exacting detail.
2. When our sculptor is happy with the progress they will email you images of the sculpture for your approval.
3. After you’ve had a chance to go over the image you will be able to approve the sculpture or make changes our sculptors will make those changes and resubmit images to you.
4. When you are happy our results and approve the sculpture we harden the sculpture and ready it for the next steps.

 Molding and Final Assembly of your Personalized Action Figure

1. At that time our master mold make will make the mold and cast your custom action figure face sculpture.
2. The custom action figure face then goes hand painting from painting the action figure goes assembly and then finally shipped
